You can buy the ornament once you finish your blue gear. All you get out of finishing the 7 wins is a white glow that only appears on that one specific set.

Why buy? Did we not earn a right to grind the ornaments? Wuts up with that bungie? You said no more unobtainable armor ornaments and that they all be retro in the store but if you want it to glow... well that's gonna cost you
