    Not necessarily if it was on the orbs you generate, and they reduced the amount needed, there could be a way to find a happy medium.... As long as you don't have to collect the orbs you generate. For example.... Instead of collecting 500 orbs you can generate 200-250 instead. That would probably take the same amount of time Edit. For some reason I didn't read the part where they have to waste your time lol

It still wouldn't be as long as engrams in Supremacy, so clearly Bungie already implemented timers or infinite,.etc... If the killing-to-generate-orbs method was implemented, then simply increase the numbers = time is consistent, but now one doesn't have make a decision of using a sniper in PvE or PvP, and know that the moment the kill is made, they can't run fast enough to get the orbs (or scouts at distance, etc...). How could each of you come up with a more valid concern than Bungie's in a few minutes, but Bungie couldn't do it after years of planning?
