You can buy the ornaments without touching trials. As soon as your gear becomes purple instead of blue you can get it. Play the game.
Edit: you'll get a white glow if you equip new ice subclass element with this ornament set. Unless they make the energy green. Which I would love.

Play the game.[/quote] He's talking about the white glow requirement on the Solstice armor itself. We know the ornaments only require Majestic set. Also, while I have a ton of bright dust, I imagine many players do not and don't want to spend real money either.
