93%, god damn. I’m the one MF that thinks they shouldn’t. Just feels wrong, feels like it takes away some of the weapon’s identity.

  • Looks like someone already said the you don't have to use them argument so I won't use that. In my opinion, if an exotic only looks exotic because of its color, it doesnt look exotic. An exotic should have a unique frame and design style (1000 voices, jotun, bastion, deathbringer for example) An exotic ornament should change that frame, not just the color (reef in ruins telesto ornament, Panama chaperone ornament and so on) Then you should be able to change the color of the new or original frame to match your armor.

  • Then you can keep it at base colorway. Everyone else can apply a shader to make it look better cosmetically for us.

    Which is fair. Edit: very fair actually. I guess I took it less as if Bungie should and more if I should. I actually advocate for players doing as they see fit so youre 100% right
