Uniqueness comes from the different shaders people would use. If everyone has the same ornament equipped how is that unique?
-
It's not like they already have unique frames with some ornaments changing the weapon's physical appearance and not just a palette swap.
-
Right? We have Exotic ornaments for a reason.
-
I'd think putting your own coat of paint on something would make it more unique.
-
They would be more unique Everyones gjallarhorn would look different
-
Not unique in the sense that everyone has their own unique version, but as in the gun would have a unique, noticeable color that makes, say, chaperone different from a regular shotgun.
-
That's our point. It doesn't make sense the fact we put shaders on exotic Armor pieces and not exotic weapons
-
Maybe you shouldn’t be able to put shaders on exotic armor. That would mess up your theme occasionally however...
-
But then we wouldn't be able to personalize our stuff the way we want. Me personally, I would love to see what would happen if you put Calus Treasured on the SUROS Regime.
-
On top of that, our character wouldn't even have meaning. Having no shaders on exotic Armor pieces goes to the point where it feels like white gear, which is why they need to make a Shader 2.0. Oh and by the way, you should be able to adjust the hue of the shader. Prime example, how you like the way Calus Treasured looks on your Austringer ,BUT you wish you can make it better, you could even have the following options... (A) Change the color placement. (B) Add or make your own patterns. (C) Adjust the hue of the said shader. Any or all of these changes would be extremely efficient ESPECIALLY if you can put shaders on exotic weapons.
