I don't understand why we can't, we can put shaders on exotic armor so why not the weapons?

Ornaments drastically change the look of armors, Weapon ornaments can be a simple reskin (not always) hence why we can dye armor not weapons the shaders are the ornaments. Sucks I'd love to colour code my exotic weapons

Its 8 months old do the newer ones are not in the video

not to mention that there are actually quite a few armour ornaments that don't change that much physically, such as Crown Joules for Crown of Tempests, Midnight Sun for Wings of Sacred Dawn, and Rocket Scientist for Lion Ramparts.
