  • I've already filled out multiple Missing Silver forms at your recommendations. Every time I do, I get the same answer that they cant see any evidence of the purchase happening despite providing them with my receipt and even Emails from Xbox support confirming that the purchase completed successfully. I'm tired of hearing the same thing over and over again.
