Still coming across people with higher levels than me because of their artifact power being enabled. Titan's gear score was 1051, but artifact was enabled and put him to 1078, at which point splash damage from his Mountaintop was one shotting me and he was three tapping me with an auto. My gear score is also 1051, and another player on his team was 1055 and didn't have a red name bar. Either artifact is enabled or it isn't, make up your mind.
