Overpowered? it's 10% xp And "power" means almost nothing so having 1 or 2 more "power" doesn't change much.

Overpowered doesn’t always have to mean something that breaks the game. It just means something that is better than everything else. In this case, guiding light is significantly better than every single other ghost shell perk out there, making all other perks pointless, and any ghost shell without it rendered unusable.

Ok I understand, it's probably because the average player thinks to much of "power", and the Eris Morn Shell also has Treasure Hunter which I consider the best perk by far.
