Can't claim my Bungie.net Triumph Reward.
So I've completed a bunch of Triumphs for the MMXX Seal and unlocked the bungie rewards, but once I try to claim them through the bungienet email, it says "Unlock Required
You have not met the requirements to earn this Bungie Reward yet. If this reward requires a triumph you may need to claim the triumph in game."
Is there any way to fix this?

I've been dealing with this for months now. Tried emailing support but never got an answer. Every time I click a link in the emails saying I unlocked such and such a reward, I log in to claim it and it just says I haven't unlocked that reward yet.
