Nice and simple, D1 post activity reward screen was way better than the current 3 blues and a token drop.
Its not the reward that sucks, its the way D1 had suspense and you could see what everyone else got as well.. i recall seeing someone get a godrolled Matador in clash in D1, i messaged them saying you lucky mofo, it made me play more in the hopes I was that guy everyone else saw get lucky.
Upvote if you agree, downvote if you have smol pp

Man, when I look back at the first game, the director screwed up big time removing a lot of what the game had and never brought any of it over. Things like the Grimoire cards. Having more of an organized vault space. A decent shader system and shaders. A skill tree we could somewhat customize. The ability to actually improve stats. A way better loot system. Vendors that were actually useful. Factions Content a lot of content that was replicable. All story missions were placed on the maps, etc. More freedom to play how we wanted to play, even solo players. Not all of it or that often, but the content in the game was kept relevant. The design for gear was better. Leveling, in the beginning, was rough, but later fixed that it was a decent system. The material was more useful, and even when some material was not of any use, we had the option to trade with the Speaker for other materials. Overall the game was designed better. Yes, it had it's issues as all games do, but nowhere near as many as this game actually has at this point, and a lot of it will never be fixed or can't be fixed because of how the base game was designed. It's such a shame this company chased off a lot of the talent that cared about creating a game.

Edited by GalaxySpider: 7/9/2020 3:45:29 AMNo becauese people would receive hate messages because they got an exotic etc The old reward screen didn't helped at all to counter toxicity .

Chest pops, return to orbit. Time saved.
-
Sadly people would whine about the stuff they were seeing everyone else get. D2 has a different community than D1 that feels like it’s entitled to all the stuff for 0 effort.
-
Honestly that reward screen was annoying and pointless All we need it to auto dismantle blues
-
Can we just have D1 back period?
-
Only in PvE though. There was nothing more frustrating than seeing the last place player of the losing team get an exotic and a shader while being in first place and getting a blue.
-
Why'll their at it they can get rid of the big ass banner for every rank up as well. Shits just annoying
-
I remember the only people getting Gjallarhorn were only the ones going negative on the worst spot on the team. Which was still way more interesting and emotional.
-
Can you get d1 reward screen back? Yes! You can! By playing d1! ;)
-
I prefer how it is now.
-
Yes please
-
I remember getting Galy near the release of the game after a crucible match. Probably pissed a lot of people off that day 😂
-
The reward screen is probably in the Destiny Vault (lol what a dumb idea). Maybe we'll get it back some day.
-
What do I do if I agree with you and also have smol pp?
-
Yeah I weirdly agree with this I liked seeing what everyone else got, it's almost nostalgic at this point. The guy on the bottom gets an exotic while the guy in top gets motes of light XD
-
I totally agree with this , it was Great fun at the end of a strike seeing what my mates got the disappointments and amazement !! It was exciting to see what you got !! Now it doesn’t seem to matter
-
Not really related, but I would love to see map voting implemented as well
-
Anyone remember the SmoggyPluto post?
-
The good oll dayz 😎
-
They didn't do it because it was not easy to fit 2 tokens and a blue in that screen. Simple!
-
Edited by SoulReaper070492: 7/7/2020 3:14:59 PMI agree on everything but the current rewards, they suck ass personally I think we should 3-4 tokens per lose and 5-7 per win as for weapons and armour you should get at least 1 legendary every 2 matches as well a blue or something Also that massive rank up banner needs to go as well as the victory/lose banner at the end of every match

YESSSSS

-
How could you tell it was god rolled? You couldn't see what perks they got, only what weapon it was.
-
If the loot mattered then I would agree. I can't remember when I last looked at the perks of a gun, everything is just shards lol.
