Banned for bad connection?

Hi, i'm dutch and sometimes my english can be a little bad, so sorry for that. So today when I opened Destiny 2, I got a message that I'm permanently banned from the game. I have never cheated before and I think I got banned for my bad connection. I have been looking on bungie.net/ban and read about that I should got a couple of warnings before I got the ban but I honestly overlooked them ;(. I've had it before that I've been kicked out of a session because of my connection so I think I accidentally skipped the message or something. As a dedicated Destiny 2 player who has hundreds of hours playtime in the game, it is really stupid that I've been banned for something I can't do anything about. If someone knows what I can do in this situation, let me know pls. I hope Bungie can unban me because Destiny 2 is my favorite game and I don't have to lose all my progression from the begin of Destiny 2.

Content purchased. Gear earned. When you started. Intent. Threats. Begging. It is all irrelevant. They make the rules. We have to follow them. Break them and they penalize you. They've had this no tolerance policy since Day 1 of D1. It won't change anytime soon. The reasons most people have a punishment issued to them is: For some form of cheating (ddossing, afk farming, win trading). (95% of the time will result in a Ban) Playing with cheaters (paying for a carry, sharing account info, or staying in a lobby with a cheater for too long and benefiting from their illegal actions). (Bans or Restrictions can be caused by this) Or having consistently terrible internet connection that it affects OTHERS players and not just yourself. You may be playing fine. But to others you may appear as an unkillable red-bar. (This 95% of the time cause Restrictions) For most PC tagalongs: They are banned because SOMETHING installed on your PC was viewed as a POTENTIAL threat to D2 and those are PROMPTLY BANNED. ACTIVE cheats for D2 AND Cheats for other games can trigger this. (Cheat Engine, Borderlands Commander, etc.) The process for BANS and RESTRICTIONS involve reports coming in from players or their flag system towards an individual. The person at Bungie HQ reviews it. And they decide if it was warranted or not. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance doesn't exempt you from them. Your account is done. If you pray hard enough maybe just maybe the person that runs the BNGSecurity account will care enough to give you an extremely vague reason as to why a punishment was issued. The chances of that happening are slim to none. Here's some examples of the other 380+ people who "did nothing wrong" that the BNGSecurity account replied to. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/BungieActivity/254/21102603/BNGSecurity [EDIT] Recently they have added a form to appeal a BAN or RESTRICTION. (SUSPENSIONS are not included.) https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 But know that the chances of it actually getting reversed are MINISCULE. They have absolutely no obligations to reply to this post or your appeal form. If the BNGSecurity account ever does respond it'll look something like this.
Your account was banned on DATE when an application designed to read and modify the memory of other applications at runtime was detected targeting the Destiny 2 game client directly. This is, at minimum, a violation of Bungie's policies against runtime analysis. It is the responsibility of each player to understand what software is running on their device and how it interacts with other applications. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and validated. Your punishment will not be overturned and is not eligible for appeal.
