Clearly he is not the only one experiencing these issues. I have the same issue, been using the same card for years and I have never had a problem until the bungie store. One of the worst experiences, clearly the website is not fully functioning. How is it that I can use my card with the same billing address and shipping address on any other website but apparently it's not the same according to them??
