Covid-19 Fundraiser Emblem still not received?

I have the email and transaction ID from paypal to the directrelief fundraiser for COVID. [b]All the way back in April[/b]. I've checked my SPAM/JUNK folders and have not received anything. Am I SOL? I don't mind donating for the cause. But when I'm promised something I kinda would like the thing I'm promised lol
