Connection-Based Matchmaking Needs Some Work

I play on Xbox, no Cross-Save. Just got done playing 3 matches of Crucible in a row where someone on the enemy team had laggy shenanigans going on and two times they were top-fragging in those games. The last match was the worst. The guy on the very top of the game kept "fall looping" everytime he was in the air, making it almost impossible to hit him while he had no problem getting over to you and using a sidearm to melt you. And since he was a top-tree Dawnblade Warlock Gliding the majority of the time, he was a monster. It was only specific players that I saw having these lag issues and my connection bar did not change during the matches when I watched it. I could also see teammates struggling against them as well. I can definitely see the skill difference and matchmaking speed in some cases between skill-based and connection-based matchmaking, but the connection still has some serious issues at times.
