Bungie Rewards Hat/Pin Issue

I'm having an issue with retrieving my hat and pin bundle code for the first flawless completion. I claimed the reward a couple days ago, and I got the confirmation email and the code, but since the new season started it now says I no longer meet the requirements. I no longer have access to my code, and nowhere did it say you had to save the code before the new season started, nor has this been a problem in the past. The deadline to claim is right before the daily reset when trials returns, and so now I'm out of luck even though I qualified and claimed the reward before the deadline. Is there any way I can get my code again? EDIT: It might be worth noting that this is also an issue with the individual pin and hat rewards as well.
