My ban appeal was accepted but still cannot login
My account was previously banned for network latency issues. On Feb 28th I received an email stating that my Ban Appeal was accepted. I have since then sent multiple emails since then since my account is still banned.
My ban appeal was accepted and I still cannot log in 4 months later. Help
