The preorder packages for xbox one deluxe were on my games and apps, and after downloading they had disappeared from both my queue history and don't appear in the game folder on xbox. They also don't appear in ready to install and can't find them on the xbox store. Is there anyway to redownload these items? Xbox support did nothing and I've reset my console several times. And yes I've checked cryptarch.
