At the end of my first Menagerie run for the 'The Invitation' quest line I was unable to receive the loot required for further progression. Upon investigating the Chalice I found that the rune received in one of the prior quest steps had disappeared without a trace, leaving me unable to pick up the loot. But this is vital for ending the questline and giving me the ability to enter The Menagerie again; so I'm stuck on that quest step.
