Pinnacle Engram
Every single Pinnacle engram I have received this week has rolled into a gauntlet at 1004, so I now have x7 gauntlets, including the one I equipped, at 1004.
Can you explain why this is the case? Do the pinnacle engrams roll at + 1 higher than your lowest item or is the roll random? Going by what's been explained to me in a different post, it seems that the former is what I should be expecting.

It’s random and based on your max total gear score. The new additional pinnacle drops from core activities is a random gear that is +1 of that average score. Very common to get gear that is the same or lower level than the piece you already have since most people are weighed down by a couple pieces. The harder pinnacle drops are +2
