Riven cheese - how to?
Been away from doing last wish for a while and last time I did it in season 9 it was doable with swords. I know they changed swords in season 10 so how is it done today?

Swords ONLY. If 6 swords don’t work, have one person go tractor cannon. ONLY LIGHT ATTACKS. NO HEAVY ATTACKS. And don’t listen to anyone saying prospector or celestial nighthawk, those are inferior methods

Putting the bubble on the well at her foot is stupid and can cause immune hits. Just put the bubble on the stairs while you wait for her to drop foot. Then rush up drop well and spam light attack. There is no need for heavy. 1 heavy is a little less than 2 light attacks, but you can swing 2 times with light attack for one heavy so it’s pointless. Heavy is used when you need one big instant hit, like to kill a barrier before his shield goes up.

Whirlwind blade sword, bubble and well. Wait till she drops a paw. Bubble it. Well in the bubble so no one dies. Light swing and win.

Along with what others have said, I would like to suggest that you wear as much Dreaming City Reverie Dawn armor as you can, as each Rivens Curse/Transcendent Blessing mod increases your damage by 5%, up to 25% with a full set. This is on top of regular buff/debuffs like bubble/well and tractor cannon.

Also well + melting point + prospector/ 1k + 4 celestials works.

Edited by beastdude2222: 5/29/2020 3:30:36 PMGet 5 guys whirlwind blade swords with jagged edge and one guy with tractor , put on a taken or boss spec, go to her toenail and have a bubble and a well popped, then do 5 light attack to get whirlwind blade up, do the heavy if you energy is full, repeat, once you get out of the ascendant plane just go assault her toes again hope this helps Also master working a sword just upgraded it damage because impact is the only masterwork

2 RepliesIn the mutterings I hear, you’re supposed to have a relentless strike + whirlwind blade sword (mainly steel sybil) sword with a boss spec then just assault the boss’s right claw with light attacks

Even though riven is tough, Funny story: Remember that Centurion Oryx took right after you landed on the Dreadnaught, then the Centurion and the taken Ogre tried to stop you from killing the King? Heh... didn't work. So the Centurion's bond brothers are pretty angry they lost their commander. They're leading a team to blow up the Dreadnaught's core. Core goes... most of the system goes with it. You're going to make sure that doesn't happen.

4 RepliesStill the same setup 1. Go to wherever riven will spawn temporarily for the long part. 2. Pop bubble, well, and tractor cannon. 3. Then do the light swings with WS and RS and she’ll go down fast.
