Forge Shaders
Would you please, for the love of all that is holy and just and true in this world and the next, change the drop rate of the forge shaders? I have had all of them EXCEPT the Volundr shader (Rasmussen Clan) since the Black Armory season. I do not know how many hundreds of Volundr forges I have run on all three of my characters in the hopes that I would get it. I am growing to hate and despise this forge.
Please, Bungie, please. Change the drop rate of those shaders. Help a fellow guardian out.

If they're not gonna help a fellow Guardian out for accidently dismantling a piece of loot they didn't intend to dismantle, they're sure as hell not gonna help out the multitudes of Guardians asking for a RNG change.

2 RepliesYou can also get it from armor done with a forge polymer. Also not sure if you know but you need to forge the forge specific weapons, for Volundr is the auto/lmg and sword I think.

2 RepliesFinally got the purple Bergusia shader around 2 months ago, after almost a year of farming the forges for different godrolls and around 200-300 total completions. Was on a curated kindled as well. Lucky that I had an even better rampage + killclip version at that point so could dismantle it for the fashion points. The drop rates could definetly use some tuning.

I got mine by crafting curated weapons that originally dropped from those specific forges. The exception for me was Rasmussen. I got it from an armour piece using the guaranteed armour drop consumable. Failing that, try curating just the Ringing Nail, Hammerhead and/or Strykers Sure-Hand as they are Volundr weapons as well as using the armour drop consumable. Hopefully you'll get it. RNG does suck, I'm not going to lie.

I miss two in the collection that I could get if I dismantled two of my favourite weapons. So I agree.
