Hello. I love the companion app for being very reliable for iten management specially during Raids, However, since I changed my device I haven't been able to connect with my playstation account on It. I looked up solutions but the information is outdated. Also I noticed my friends have the same problem. If you guys could please respond, is it a recent bug? am I doing something wrong? I tried the classic cache clean and re-intalling the app but it didn't work. I only seem to be able to log in on the website with a desktop or laptop.
