So I main a Titan and I'd just like to say that, even after winning, in general, this event and its "rewards" were so incredibly lackluster that I'm disappointed in myself for ever caring in the first place. I stopped grinding medals in the last week when it was pretty clear the 1st position was locked in. I got 2 pieces of repeat pinnacle gear, arms both times and my armor set has been 1010 since week one of the games. So many medals and useless blue and purple engrams (cause let's face it, after 1000, all the purple engrams pretty much become materials immediately.) That clogged my inventory and mail slots like hair in a shower drain. Just gross. Then to top it off, this "spectacular trophy" that eva wouldnt shut up about is the saddest thing I've ever seen. Throw that crappy piece of fake marble right over zaval'sa head and into the abyss of the city outskirts forever along with the terrible event it was created for. I'm not even going to mention the absolute crapshoot that has appeared since the games ended. Even us titans are staying in orbit for that trainwreck. It just doesn't seem like to much to ask for bungie to give us meaningful rewards, events, and in general, reasons to play the game. Or maybe it does. I just know I'm struggling to stay logged on these days. And the hope's and dreams we've all had for Destiny don't mean much to those with the power to make change.
