Why can i not answer to threads?

Since this Afternoon i can not answer to Threads anymore. There is always an error Message that i need a guardian with more then 775 LL. I got all my guardians over 1000 so what's wrong?

This happens sometimes during server downtime. It will be back to normal when the server maintenance is finished.
