Banned for unknow reason

Hello, I was banned from Destiny 2 on the 10/4/2020. I was farming for a spare rations for around 3-5 hours. Various teams. Logged off after some time, took a short break and decided to log on to Xbox (had been playing pc) attempted to login and was met with a message saying I was banned and directing me to the bungie.net/ban page. I have since submitted a ticket as I would at least like to know what I was banned for. I have found that Easy Anti Cheat (As I sadly play Fortnite) stops Avast Anti Virus from doing something ( I saw it once in a popup when launching the game) I’m not entirely sure if the program “Timer Resolution” or “Quick CPU” have anything to do with my ban. However, I have played Destiny since year 1 on the same account and recently bought Shadowkeep and the season pass. As I previously mentioned it would be greatly appreciated if I could at least be told what I was banned for and would be great if I could be unbanned all that I have something good to play once again during this boring quarantine. Thanks for reading, I wish all the best & stay safe. • Bans are generally due to having a program running at the same time as Destiny that shouldn't be. These can be, but are not limited to: trainers/aimbots/cheats/debuggers. Any software used for programming even if it is used for school/work. The previously listed do not need to be intended for Destiny, just having them running at the same time is a big no-no. Some viruses can cause issue. Playing in a premade team with those that are cheating is a no-no. Manipulating network traffic to gain an advantage is a no-no. You can attempt to appeal by following the link below, but I would not get your hopes up, as the initial flag is checked by Bungie SRT staff prior to a ban being placed. • Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific. There has also been an increase in bans due to Network Manipulation. These are usually caused by you or a member of your pre-made fireteam doing something... less than honorable behind the scenes of your matches. If it was not you, then it was a member of your team and Bungie has no real way to determine how much or little you knew about the player who was doing it, but it should have been obvious is that something fishy was going on. One of the biggest indicators of network manipulation and the largest red flag to bail out of your team is when your enemy loses 1 or more players in numerous matches. This is the alarm to save your account and bail out of the team If you believe the ban was placed in error, feel free to submit an appeal on this Page. Please read all the info on the page before submitting the form at the bottom. Keep in mind…Bungie rarely will send you a reply unless your ban is overturned. So if more than a few days have passed without a reply, then the answer is no, and the ban will stand. • Since Bans are manually reviewed before being placed, the actual cause of the ban could have been any play session over the past few weeks. • If you received a Weasel error before the ban, this was due to the ban being placed. The game uses the weasel code to remove you from the game world. • Players are responsible for their online account and gaming hardware, and any actions taken in the world of Destiny, and should be careful of who they allow to access their Destiny account. • It is not necessary for a fraud attempt to be successful to get an account lockout. Just trying, whether successful or not, will be punished.
