I’ve seen multiple streamers get loot at five and seven wins, I’ve been flawless twice and only got the gauntlets from three wins and the helmet from flawless nothing at five or seven wins
I don’t understand how it’s only affecting some players and not all?
I literally watched a streamer get the chest plate after his game...

It’s a character based glitch that changes every weekend and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of reason as to why.

I got everything except the chestplate at my 7th win. Kinda sucks :(

This game is complete and utter dogshit I really hope it dies I'll get more of a satisfaction watching it crumble than playing it and getting more time in and I'm a d1 alpha vet

Yeah the other week a friend of mine couldn't get rewards...but I could. This week it's the opposite. Makes no sense

I’m sitting on over 120 trial tokens . I can’t even turn in . And I’ve gone flawless this week. Saint 14 says I need a 3 win card I have a 7 card win what the hell.

I had the same issue. I swapped to a different character and then could turn them in.
