"Access Restricted"

I can't play crucible and gambit because of this stupid "access restricted".. it's seems like i got banned but i didn't do any cheat or hack.. plz fix this bungie

    Have you checked your connection? People are saying “my connection is ok” but after checking they are found to be at fault. Every man and his dog are using the internet at the moment. If you are in a household in isolation and have phones, tablets, computers, consoles all attached to that 1 connection it is going to be a strain. Below is a test if you have UP speeds are 4-5 and [u][b]only you[/b] [/u]are using it you will be good. However, if it is 4-5 and[u] [b]more people[/b][/u] are using it then you will have a problem.   • there are only 2 reasons one can be restricted from pvp activities, one is connection issues and the second is cheating/playing with a cheater. I am going to assume it is the former and post bungie's statement on connection restrictions along with their tips for improving the connection.
