TWAB - Honestly, Please don't play Trials this weekend until Bungie makes changes.

So I read TWAB; Am I seeing this correctly?
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been watching the conversation about Season of the Worthy, and more specifically Trials of Osiris. We wanted to walk through the topics we’ve been exploring and give some basic thoughts on what we’d like to approach in the future. Some items below may be addressed in the coming weeks, but other may take a season or more to tackle. We’re having meetings and discussions daily to determine the best course of action. In the meantime, it’s important to us that you know your voices are heard. Card Rewards We’ve been discussing feedback around a lack of incentive for players to go Flawless. We understand that some players have found the first few games to be more lucrative, which we’d love to shift to the later games. Early card token farming, as some would call it, is something that we are very interested in solving. We want to make sure that every Destiny player who wants to play Trials has something to show for it at the end of a weekend. Additionally, we’ve seen feedback that the Flawless chest isn’t comparable the rewards associated with grinding out Nightfalls. This is something that we’d love to improve upon. There are quite a few ways we could approach this, and we’re currently discussing what would be the best for Trials in the long run.
No, there's a lack of incentive for anyone to play Trials at all. The state of Trials is not going to improve, or even be changed at all short term? Bungie can't disable auto-deletion of tokens to make sure less-skilled playes aren't punished AS hard for being less skilled? Bungie can't even add a chance at upgrade materials (enhancement cores, prisms and ascendant shards) at the end of matches? Nightfalls are EASY; just PLAYING Trials is a GRUELING experience. These things should be the bare minimum ANYONE can get out of playing Trials, they are NOT rewards worthy of Flawless. Personaly, I think Bungie's already killed Trials. I've played it for two weekends, and got enough wins to turn in tokens on both occations; but I have honestly NOT enjoyed the experience. The game-mode is fine (except the lack of tie-rounds), but the fluff around it is GARBAGE. Bungie's lack of action further exacerbates the problem. I ALREADY noticed how Skill-creep has started to affect the playlist. If you look through the activities that I play, they are 99% Crucible, or related to getting guns for Crucible. Granted, I'm not an Ultra Sweat, but I'm pretty sure Trials was MADE for me; and I HATE it and what it does by design to the overall state of the Crucible and the community. Trials make people HATE Crucible and PvP; If you read the forums and you know I'm right. You can't make a mode that incentivize Ultra-skilled players to absolutely DESTROY less skilled players and then just... let it keep happening. That's a dick move Bungie; Don't be dicks. I won't be playing this weekend, or the next, or the next until Bungie at least TRIES to fix it. If you want Adept weapons added to Trials; Don't play Trials until that's added and be VOCAL about WHY you won't play Trials. If you don't want to be farmed in Trials; Don't play Trials until that's fixed and be VOCAL about WHY you won't play Trials. If you want cheating reduced in Trials; Don't play Trials until proper anti-cheats are added and be VOCAL about WHY you won't play Trials. To anyone reading this, I actually urge you to NOT play this weekend. The FASTER Trials drops in playerbase, the more urgent a fix from Bungie will be. You do you though.

Lmao. How long ago was Trials of the Nine taken out? One? Two years? I can't remember. Now, only 3 weeks after Trials of Osiris was brought back we are already seen this type of conversations? Bungie already with the mea culpa?! Bro... come on people. A lot of D1 vets called it months ago. We tried to warn all of you. I posted countless times "this is not gonna go the way y'all think" "trials won't save this game, neither improve it" I said. Many times. Very often my words were meant with sarcasm from fanboys. Well? It was painfully obvious what was going to happen. Bungie needs to eliminate completely the incentives to cheat and for account recoveries. THAT would be a start. When I run into 3 random (not same clan) players with abysmal stats playing Trials, and all of a sudden that is not reflected on the way they play, and this happens multiple times in a session, yeah, that is an instant turn off. The rest of the matches? Pure sweat fests. Many against players that advertise they either do Carrie's or are Twitch/YT streamers in their bio... But whatever. Low effort reply, I know, but I am tired of the bullshit. Sad. Sad. Sad. Trials of the Recov. Trials of the Streamer. Trials of the Cheater. GG Bungie.
