Anyone else has trouble with this Rasputin armory item:
POINT DEFENSE SYSTEM: PRIORITY
Automatically clears this Seraph Bunker of enemy combatants for today.
If I try to buy it before clearing the bunker it says Manual Bunker Clear required, if I try to buy it after clearing the bunker it says Bunker is Clear.
Is this a bug of some sorts?

They addressed this in the twab. It was(is) a known issue. They "mistakenly" said it was fixed in the last update, it wasn't. Only the toon you unlocked the bunker on can use them.
