Would Light support work for non-guardians?

I was thinking whether or not things like Well of Radiance would 'buff' people who don't have the light. Would regular people or soldiers that don't have light be able to reap the benefits of support based light. Also, smoke bombs can disguise multiple guardians, would that work for civilians? Say a hunter is protecting a group of innocent people from invasion, could he smoke bomb them to make them invisible for a while? Or pick up someone like a child, and their personal invis (dodge or spectral) make the person they are carrying invisible aswell?

  • It’s possible the fallen could benefit if normal humans can. I’m sure they still have some light in them:

    • A Lightbarer is someone who is connected to the Traveller via a Ghost. I say that specifically because Shin is a guardian but his ghost was Jaren Wards. So as long as a ghost has brought them back and possibly have a ghost connected to them; then someone can utilise the Light in the traditional sense. However, they probably doesn't mean everyday citizens can't "reap the benefits". They'd probably be healed by a rift or a Well of Radiance; and probably given some buff from Titan bubbles. But whether things like Tethering shadowshots to them or Nightstalker Smokes turning invis? we don't really know. I'd say yes, because it would be weird if they couldn't.
