IT has been four days of Watercress/black screen. The only response from bungie is they're aware of it. I have been playing destiny since Destiny 1 launched in 2014. I have paid hundreds of dollars for the game and all of its expansions not to mention what I have spent on bright dust. All this for an error that wont let me play and no response from Bungie. Their bigger concerns are people no going flawless in trials or people losing their shaders. So glad they care about their community.

They are aware of the issue and it’s being investigated. They confirmed that it’s an issue stemming from excess “player sessions” not closing correctly for XBOX players. The issue does not occur on other platforms, so if you have a different platform with cross save active, then you can go that route. Otherwise, you’re going to have to wait until the issue is fixed.

Some people have experienced the issue for a lot longer than 4 days Jedi. As the others have mentioned, we are in uncharted waters right now. The ways of troubleshooting these issues may not be (and probably won’t be for some time) the way they have done it in the past. The only thing you can do is wait until they have more information.

I totally understand your frustration. And I'm sure they're working on it. We are in a strange time, and almost all of Bungie's employees are working from home. I know this issue is effecting you, and others and at this difficult time having a hobby to relax with is a massive help. It'll be resolved soon.

I can understand your frustration, but it is very possible that since this seems to only be affecting the XB platform, that it may not be something Bungie can handle solely on their end. It may even be possible that it is an MS issue and not a Bungie issue. That's not an excuse mind you, just a thought. Hope that whatever it is, they're able to get things sorted out for you guys.
