You want me to be serious, okay. Make trials cost money. Basically add a paywall that requires the purchase if shadowkeep. You know if they did a hardware ban on console it would be permanent and would require the cheater to get a new console, just a idea but it would get rid of any “remaining hackers” I feel like I played against some (On Monday i faced a team that had a 3.0+ Kd and one guy was on a 296 win streak in crucible this season i have proof) they may have just been good players though. I am competent when it comes to this but there are so many obvious solutions but the more people like the OP who don’t suggest it fuel bungies ignorance, all he had to do was make it so Trials has to be purchased with either shadowkeep or a season pass purchase.

There's a guy in my clan with a 4.1 k/d in trials and a 2.8 overall k/d. he's just insane and not cheating. There definitely are cheaters on console though.

He had a 3.0+ kd in crucible on a 298 game winning streak this season (he had a stat tracker on for it)

That wasnt their KA/D thats not what Destiny Stat tracker tracks. That was their K/D.

I mean if they play heavily stacked it can be a thing but even the best players I know,only one or two of them had a kd that high.

There are cheaters on console, just not as many. There are also many tools that can give people an unfair advantage (cronusmax with macros, mouse and keyboard input, recoil control etc).

Does he really, there are cheaters but they vary by console, and most players consider Ddosers cheaters when they arent they are hacking which is different (cause ddosing is illegal) And if you take what people say seriously then you need to lighten up and think for yourself (i say that since you probably agree with Wish and think he is right when there is a more obvious solution)

Ddos is still cheating. So is mouse and keyboard chronus/xim users. Also there's Jitter

You have a loose definition of cheating. M/K can be used on console because they are allowed theres no where, where it says they aren’t allowed. And a DdOS is not a cheat, it is a hack, they gain your IP address and send tons of information through your Router and get it so full of traffic your internet goes down (thats a simple way of explaining it) that is illegal and can not be considered cheating since you need to hack to get their IP address

And ive played against several players who do the same and easily beat them and im no special player So your friends are probably playing bellow average players, anyone can tell you mouse and keyboard doesn’t help you it can in fact impede you on console

You may think mouse and keyboard give a unfair advantage but its much harder to play with 30 fps and recoil on guns. Do you not get that it sounds nice on paper but is bad in reality? I know what those things are you just keep saying different kinds of Mouse and keyboard. Alot of top teir pvp players can agree (or any competent pvp player can say that Mouse and keyboard doesn’t improve your skill and make you unbeatable) Its not cheating to use a mouse and keyboard in D2 on console it doesn’t give a unfair advantage.

All of those give someone an advantage over the rest of the players. That is absolutely -blam!-ing cheating. It wasn't intended in the original game.

Well Xbox doesn't have a lot of cheaters apparently PS4 is a little infested as well but not nearly as bad as PC another fix is just giving an avoid option that resets every season
