Since yesterday I constantly have the issue of either having the warning "contacting destiny servers" appear at the bottom or even getting kicked. I cannot even fly to the tower but sitting in the orbit is just fine. I play on xbox and so far I saw a few guys with the same issue but not many. And all the indicators point to your servers. I hardresetted my xbox and router, uninstalled the and downloaded it again. Nothing works. Party chat and other online games work just fine it is only Destiny I have issues with.
