Bungie please respond

I have an account/profile level issue. When I try to sign on to my character the screen goes black and then I get WaterCress. So I get into the select character screen and then if I select any of the 3 hunter, titan, or warlock the screen goes black about a minute later I get WaterCress. Well I did a fresh install reset my router and still the same issue. I know its account level because I can login on the same XBOX with the same network with my friends account and it works just fine. Every other game on my XBOX works just fine. This is an issue you need to look into. This started this morning and its 3pm and I am still have the same issues.

  • They are investigating the issue already Its a strange problem and due to the isolation and lack of access to their proper tools... Its going to take time, time we will have to wait for. And considering nobody knows what is exactly occurring... They are investigating in the blind.

    • It's been almost two weeks for me with the same issue. The reply from bungie on here is that they are investigating the issue. That's it. I've taken to playing on my wife's account in the mean time since I'm effectively locked out of mine.
