So to you guys put there that come into the threads to tell us they are investigating 1: you really aren't helping. As far as I know you don't work for bungie unless im mistaken (which is a possibility) and therefore we aren't really gunna put any weight on the responses you give. 2: weeks of "we're investigating" is not a real response. As an aircraft mechanic if I have a broke jet and spent just 1 shift troubleshooting and came back with "we're investigating" my super would probably throw something at me. 3: you guys need to understand that this is a product that we paid for, how about letting us know if there is a timeline for when you might have a solution, what things have been attempted or literally anything specific at all would be better than the same empty response over and over, and you guys parroting it for them are honestly making it even more frustrating.
