Ninjas/mentors are the moderators or the forums, and are the closest thing to a bungie employee that actually look at #help

Is there way to contact them or do you have to gain attention on your post?

The ninjas do not get involved with “I was banned” threads unless it involves forum bans. The only way OP can get help is to appeal his ban at the ban policy page. Bumping doesn’t get it anywhere.
