Dear bungie, I will be one of the countless players now writing to you about the game being unplayable due to watercress error code. These players including myself are very frustrated because no matter how much we flood the forums there seems to be no real response from bungie. You would think the amount of complaints for the same issue would merit some sort of hotfix but nothing is said besides thanks for your report. Even if the response is we don't know what the issue is right now but we are looking into it i'm sure that most of us would at least be more understanding. I have been a loyal bungie fan for over a decade and rarely play anything else outside of your games since HALO. Not getting any real response during a time when most of us are stuck inside and playing the game we love is the only thing we would be able to do but cant is very disapointing. Even if the case is that you guys can't address the issue yourselves until this whole virus thing settles down would be more understandable than just ignoring your community like this.
Just for the record I have followed all the steps in the related self help articles and then some, and my girlfriend can log on to her account on the same console with no issues so I know it is not a network issue as the article suggests.

At least seeing it in the known issues thread would help us think its being taken seriously.
