GPU and CPU usage drops to 0%, games freeze for 5-10 seconds
As of last week Destiny has become unplayable. Every 5 seconds or so the game will go from running totally fine to freezing and back to normal again. I open task manager to get an idea and see that my gpu and cpu bottom out with the freezes. Destiny has always ran great for me and this is the first time I have had any issues.
