The fact we are paying customers means bungie should be providing a service that is adequate and making something like this issue a high priority and not fobbing people off with basic answers. How long till this issue affects everyone playing the game and more and more people complain about this issue. Bungie should be making this a top priority and fixing it immediately especially when people have paid for a season pass and will most likely miss out on iron banner this week, because of the lack of urgency to get the game operating for all players, secondly bungie should be play testing all fixes and updates to ensure that the game is working at peak efficiency, rather than leaving it a mess they've created. I for one believe that bungie should be compensating the players affected by this issue.

  • Your totally missing the whole point. People get that it takes time! What we don't get is seeing no straight forward response, and then seeing the "top priority" list have the f'n fire rate of a damn weapon in the list and not this issue! And it takes the same amount of resources, testing, and all that other nonsense you spouted about to fix that issue as it does ours!

  • Uh there's a thing called go into the existing coding cause if the have this setup up right they'll have a warning at their end for any error codes being activated, it's a matter of going in and seeing what's causing this issue "kid", before acting like you know, trying to give bungie a handy, think, if it's getting worse like everyone's stating clearly they aren't trying to fix it? To even properly investigate the issue they would have to shut the entire game down lol running through binary and hex coding is not just " heres the error " lol it identified, play tested against every other coding, pass through quality and be certified by sony, microsoft and steam

  • Lol, using words like binary and hex coding, they arent programming new software they are fixing existingones, at least if they shut all servers for 2days we'd know they are at least trying something. Nothing official has been posted about fixing this issue, just sit down. People pay good money for a quality game, and service. Yet check the forums everyone has a error code, been weeks of we are investigating. Get your head out of bungies anus and look around kid. Enough said you a nieve child.
