I followed the instructions to clear the cache, clear the data, signing in/out on the website, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked. I can get on the website fine, but not the app. I've attached a screenshot link of the error message I keep getting. What else can I do? Edit: Sorry, I wasn't aware I had restrictions on the link.
