Ishtar Command and data reload
So your Ishtar Command app just deleted all my weapons that I had equipped on me and put everything in my postmaster in placement of it. I pressed the empty postmaster button and it just started shooting a bunch of stuff out and when I looked back at my character I see nothing but blue weapons my exotics and legendaries all got deleted.

First, you may want to reach out to the developers of Ishtar, as this is a 3rd party app not designed by Bungie. You may also want to check your vault and other characters’ storage as items cannot be deleted by by apps, this can only be done in game. Most apps will transfer items to the vault to make room for more items in the postmaster.
