Thank you bungie for f*ing up my account and causing me to have to repurchase Shadow Keep. A DLC i had per-ordered and played through months ago. Your little self help article did not help, and Xbox confirmed my purchase and license. The worst part is that without any real way to contact you directly getting help to find some true source of the issue was unavailable. The phone #'s i called to try and contact you were either useless or unavailable #'s. If you want to prevent yourself from loosing players in the future fix your contact methods so that people can actually get in contact direct with you and get actual help.

If you are having issues with any game license, that is an issue with the platform as they control the licenses. If [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring licenses[/url] doesn't work for you, then you need to contact the platform's support you are having issues with. However, if this is regarding having the game license on one platform and it not transferring to another, then that is as intended. Owning the game licenses on one platform does not transfer to other platforms, even with cross-save.
