Banned when I don’t cheat

I recently got banned on Saturday. I do not cheat. I only play on Xbox even though I have other platforms linked, I’ve never played 10 seconds on any of them. I’ve never had a warning or restriction in my life, I just play Destiny. I made an appeal a few days ago and still haven’t gotten a response, (which I understand with all the snowy weather in Seattle right now.) I just want to know if the reason I’m banned was by accident, or a mass clan ban. I’m not even asking for a reversal, hoping for a lessened restriction if you think I’m cheating, or even less, maybe it was an accident. I don’t know. This is unreal. I’m heartbroken over this entire situation. If my account was banned due to other players bad doings, then I’m sorry. I’ve never cheated. I’m not even asking for a second chance because I’ve never had the first. As pathetic as it may sound to some, this game means so much to me. I’ve poured so many hours, energy, and love into this game. Destiny has helped me get through so much even when I’m at my lowest. I’m just reaching out for mercy. I respect the entire Bungie Security Team and all of their efforts they enforce to make Destiny a better and safer environment for everyone. That’s why I’m posting on the forums publicly. Please look into this.
I want to die.
