As the title said, minor UI/Triumph score issue. Upon completing the quest to get Symmetry catalyst (before going to banshee) I somehow completed the Black Talon catalyst [u][b]triumph[/b][/u] while I have not made any progress for that catalyst yet. BT catalyst itself remains at 0% (as it should for me) and I cannot unlock it. Platform: PC
