Come back online just to be banned for no reason??

I was off the game for a few days and before that hadn't played since forsaken. So i jump on once they fixed the issues happening all day then play 1 crucible match and then go to moon, Boom I get a message after it signs me out saying not so fast! This account has been banned. For more info go to Bungie.net/ban. So i went there and it says NO appeals because we as bungie don't ban innocents... Well clearly you just did. I don't have any 3rd party apps thats unapproved (only using Discord) Nothing else running in background except core computer processes. Never used cheats for any game. So How do i appeal this?? I know it says no appeals but I legit just bought the new DLC and spent overr $150 in this game just to get falsely banned during a patch update to fix the servers.

  • You are not able to reverse a ban. That's up to Bungie.

  • Moderation and BNGHelp accounts do not reply to this type of post. At best you have a slim (read very slim) chance of the Security account replying, however that profile does not run on the weekends.

    • Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/1179836392953675776 <- Most recent info bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.
