We hate seeing that titan get an overshield, regen, and a damage buff from killing us after getting tracking from us simply trying to play the game. It is literally coined as the training wheel exotic. 'Oh you dont know how to play pvp, try this then go in' it makes any shltter in any lobby 3 times deadlier. Pulse 'recoil' is a sad joke. The worst you'll get out of a pulse is if it deviates a few frames away from the head. I've got ppl in windows court backing up into the WALLS with scouts bc they're playing so far off radar.
