Migrating Issue

My licenses and characters are not appearing on my Steam account. I sent a support ticket regarding the issue, was told to wait 2 business days for a response but haven’t received an update for almost a week. I have followed the instructions that Bungie has stated numerous times and made sure it was transferred to the correct Steam account. I have one Blizzard, Bungie and Steam account. I even did the transfer when it was first made available to the public. I have done everything that Bungie has requested. The only thing I’ve seen as a ‘solution’ is migrating the Battle.net account to a separate Steam account. It’s unacceptable to think that’s a solution. It’s a workaround to a problem that many others are facing. I’ll be leaving screenshots of my characters & licenses, the error, and the triumphs that appear on Battle.net and Steam.
