Battle.net -> Steam
D2 Transfer from Battle net to Steam
I need your advice. So, I played D2 when it was in battle.net, but then it was transferred to Steam (I did not know about this unfortunately). I had an account not very "pumped". In general, I went to D2 through Steam, and they notify me of the transfer of the accounts. Well, I decided to transfer account. I did everything as it should, but my last account did not appear ... How can I get it back? Change: I went to the Banji website now, it shows a green line at the top "Your PC accounts are now connected. Transfer your Blizzard account to your Steam account." I click "Start Transfer" and writes that no characters were found on this account. Although I had them. And one more thing: I started playing on a new one, but I want to return my account (old)

I've been waiting for weeks for any kind of response to my many posts and a recent (6 days ago) help form submission. Nothing. Crickets. 18 days later, I have to assume Bungie just wants to wait us all out; hoping we'll all just shut up and re-purchase our missing content. I've been a Bungie fan for YEARS... until, sadly, 18 days ago when they started ignoring a small, vocal community of paying customers :(

I set up the transfer the DAY they announced the feature. When I go to log in now, no characters. Then on the website i have the EXACT same problem you do. They've been very unhelpful and dismissive, so far. If they don't address it in the next TWAB (this week at bungie) post, i fear they're just not gonna do anything about it.
