13 days ago I asked a question about returning things from Eververse. I didn't get the information I needed about the problem. I really like your game, and I want to play it further. I bought the Deluxe version of the game to access all the content, but due to my inattention, lost access. Without the seasons will play a much scope. I hope for your help. Thanks
